We made it! Honestly, it has been a huge step. Not easy. Not friction free. But meat production is one of the worst, probably THE worst poison for our world. Once you learn about the facts you have to make a decision: Changing your life – or pretending that nothing has happened.
One of the biggest meat festival in our family has always been our traditional fondue on new years eve. 2017 we’re celebrating our first meatless fondue ever. But not the last one. For our entire family has turned vegetarian – some of them even vegan.
If the data I have is true and reliable – and it really looks like it – this single step is a true catapult and will fast forward us many, many miles closer on our journey towards a CO2-neutral household. It’s exciting!
