Immer noch nichts…

Noch keine verlässliche Preisinformation, was einmal mehr bestätigt, dass der Wert des Hauses sehr viel niedriger ist als gefordert. Wir versuchen, nächste Woche einen neuen Termin bei Swedbank auszumachen und den dort gebotenen Kredit festzumachen. Sodann machen wir ein Angebot, das wir uns leisten können und warten ab, was Jesus daraus machen wird.

We still have no reliable information on the value of the house. It seems to be like one more proof that the real value is very much lower than the demanded price. Next week we try to fix the deal with Swedbank, getting the loan they offered. Than we’ll give an offer to our landlord we can afford and see, what the Lord will do.
