Post-Sommer Teamtreffen

Schon am Wochenende hatte sich das Team zusammengefunden, Jonathan Meisel feierte seinen Geburtstag und Meisels haben alle samt Nachbarn eingeladen. Das war eine klasse Runde und jeder erfuhr, was im Sommer bei den andern so jeweils gelaufen ist. Gestern hatten wir also unser erstes Arbeitstreffen mit Ausblick auf das kommende Dienstjahr. Dinge wie Teamzuwachs durch Judy Hardin, Feinschliff unserer Vision- + Missionstatements, Zusammenarbeit mit Saron, theologisches Training des Teams uvm. stehen auf dem Programm. Packen wir’s an.

Last weekend the team met already for the first time after the summer. We celebrated Jonathan’s birthday and the Meisels invited all of us, even their neighbors. It was a great opportunity to catch up with each other and what has happened during the summer. Yesterday we had our first “official” meeting with a prospect of our next year of ministry. Things like the arrival of our new team member Judy Hardin, finishing our purpose, vision and mission statements, cooperation with Saron, theological training of the team and much more were on our agenda.
